In case of technical difficulties concerning our software you will receive priority assistance by email or on the phone. PRO support also includes an online training focussed on a subject of your choice, for example, on the topic "Installation & Getting Started".

Services included in the PRO Support Package:
  • Remote Support or Training: 20 minutes included. Then additional 1,50 / min.
    Online trainings can be individually scheduled within our regular support hours.

    Internet connection and TeamViewer software (free) are required.
