SilverFast Ai Studio 8 offers advanced users the option of determining for themselves the steps the WorkflowPilot will execute. For the different source/task combinations, the filters can be individually selected or deselected for the WorkflowPilot to execute. All your workflows can thus be adapted better to your own needs. Even more interesting, however, is the option of developing new workflows.
User-created workflows offer you the same tool for the size and settings of the scan that are used in the manual scan mode. They permit more complex settings than the simplified tool used in the standard workflows. However, not all prebuilt workflows have to be recreated to equip them with the extended size-and-settings tool. Existing workflows can simply be cloned and given a new name.
