- Small picture film scanner
- Optical resolution: 5000 x 5000 dpi
- Color depth: 48 bit
- Scans whole magazines of up to 100 slides
The DigitDia 6000 as the successor of the DigitDia 5000 has an improved optical resolution of 5000 dpi at which a color slide is digitized in ca. 4 minutes. The automatic feeding from slide magazines (CS, Universal, LKM and Paximat) with capacities of up to 100 slides facilitates scanning of small picture slides immensely.
We recommend to operate the DigitDia 6000 with the SilverFast Archive Suite. Whole magazines of slides are stored in batch mode as HDRi RAW data, while Multi-Exposure ensures maximum dynamic range. The image optimization can take place also in batch mode at any time later, automatically freed of dust and scratches using iSRD.
SilverFast ADF Scan
ADF is an abbreviation for “Automatic Document Feeder“. The DigitDia 6000 film scanner is able to feed in small format slides automatically. This means, the user does not have to transport the filmholder from image to image by hand, but controls the feeder with SilverFast. This manual describes how to use the SilverFast ADF functionality.
