I lost my SilverFast serial number

ProblemProblem:
I lost my serial number, what can I do?

SolutionSolution:
Make sure you look for the right number.
SilverFast 8 serials always have 30 digits, organized in six blocks of five digits each.
(XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX)


In case you can still start SilverFast.
Please open the Welcome screen's service dialog.
It shows the serial currently in use.

In case you got SilverFast with your scanner.
Check your SilverFast booklet and the CD case.
They normally carry the serial number.

If you still can not find it contact us through this form.
In case your serial is registered with us we will send it to you by mail.
In case you are not sure which e-mail you used, send us all e-mail addresses you might have used.
Also send us the name under which the serial was registered or purchased.

Please understand, that we only can have a record of your serial if you purchased it from our shop or registered it with us.
