SymptomSymptom:
When I try to pay using my credit card I am asked to login to an external website.
Why do I have to login?
Where do I get the login data?

ProblemProblem:
Our online shop only allows credit card payment using the 3-D Secure payment method.
This method has different names depending on the credit card provider.

For example:
Mastercard SecureCode
Verified by Visa
J/Secure (JCB)
SafeKey (American Express)


These methods are meant to increase the safety of credit card payments.

SolutionSolution:
Please contact the Bank which issued your credit card for more information about this feature.
They provide the page you have to login to and can answer all your questions.
They are also the only ones who can activate the payment method for you.

Of cause you can also contact our sales team in case you have further questions.
And of cause if you would like to order without using a different payment method.
