We recommend all customers to install and test a demo version of the desired software before purchasing. Free email and phone support is available for demo versions as well as for full versions.

Please ensure that you have selected the correct scanner when purchasing scanner software. SilverFast is individually adjusted to each supported scanner. Therefore, the software ordered can only be used with the scanner model for which it was purchased. SilverFast 9 offers the possibility to change the scanner model for an existing license to an equivalent scanner model free of charge twice, e.g. in the event that your scanner is defective and you have purchased another equivalent model. This does not apply to licenses that come with scanners free of charge. Additional SilverFast licenses, e.g. for using several scanners at the same time, are available at reduced conditions.

After purchasing a SilverFast license, you will receive an e-mail containing all the information you need to download and activate your software. After this e-mail has been sent, a cancellation of the purchase is no longer possible.

Our premium software SilverFast Archive Suite consists of SilverFast Ai Studio & SilverFast HDR Studio. Please make sure to download and test both programs.
